Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days after receiving the order. If 10 days have gone by since receiving the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Also restocking and shipping fee apply. All shipping fee and handling fee will not be refunded. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: products with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Combine Orders
We do not offer combine orders for pre-orders on different date. Also we do not offer combine shipping for separate orders on a same pre-order. If you wish to purchase the products in bulk, please contact john@mantalab.com before ordering.  

GB & Large Orders
Are you hosting a GB or placing a large order with us? We offer special rates to those who order in bulk, please feel free to contact us at john@mantalab.com for the eligibility. Once you send an email to us, we will discuss further about terms and conditions.

Shipping
Depending on your location, your shipment should arrive in 7 - 14 days with e-Express service from Hong Kong post. If you want to use an express service (Speedpost), normally it should take between 2 - 7 days.

What are my payment options? 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and  prepaid credit cards if the card has a billing address attached to it. Unfortunately, we can’t split payments between credit cards.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on where you’re located - shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

What’s the status of my order?
Once you place an order, you'll get an email confirming your purchase.  We ship orders out within 24 hours of receipt.  Shortly thereafter, you’ll receive an email with the shipping status and estimated delivery date.

Where did the name "Manta" come from?
Many of our customers think that "Manta" came from the name of a ray but it actually came into my head as an item (Manta-style) from Dota. It became like "Oh yeah.. there's a ray named Manta, too.". 

What are the release plans for Manta in 2016?
We are working closely with the local licensee to produce as many titles as possible. More information will be revealed in the future. Please sign up to our Newsletter for quick updates.
